Displaying To Dos in Calendar
You can choose to display or hide To Dos from your Calendar.

To prevent To Dos from displaying in the Calendar

1. Open the To Do list.

2. From the menu, choose Actions - Tools - Preferences.

3. Click the Calendar & To Do tab, then the To Do tab.

4. Select "Do not display To Do entries in the Calendar."

5. Click OK.

To display To Dos in the Calendar view

1. Open the To Do list.

2. Choose Actions - Tools - Preferences.

3. Click the Calendar & To Do tab, then the To Do tab.

4. Deselect "Do not display To Do entries in the Calendar."

5. (Optional) Select "Allow Notes to update To Do status and dates for incomplete entries" to display incomplete To Dos on the current day in the Calendar.

6. Click OK.
