CALENDAR AND SCHEDULING

Changing the way entry information displays in Calendar
1. Open the Calendar.

2. From the menu, choose View - Customize This View.

3. (Optional) Select the name of any item you want to display by checking the check boxes to the left of the item's name in the Visible column. (Unless your Domino administrator has customized the Calendar, each entry has an icon, start time, dash, end time and description. )

4. (Optional) Select an item, then click the Move Up and Move Down buttons to change the order (left to right) in which it appears. Click the Defaults button to restore the default order.

5. (Optional) Select "Hide in this calendar format only" to have your selections apply only to the current format. For example, if you open this dialog box while viewing the One-week format, then deselect End and select "Hide in this calendar format only," an end-time does not appear for entries when you view the One-week format.

6. (Optional) Select an item, then change the number in the Width field to increase or decrease the number of pixels used by that item. More pixels means that item takes up more space. (Some items are not resizable.)

7. (Optional) Under "Entire View," select a value for "Row spacing" to change the amount of space that appears between multiple entries on a single day.

8. (Optional) Under "Entire View," select a value for the number of "Lines per row," which determines the maximum number of lines used to display entry information. Set this number higher if, for example, there tends to be a lot of information in the subject field of your entries, and you want more of that information to display in the Calendar view.

9. Click OK.

Tip If you don't see all of the information you expect to for a particular entry, mouse over it in the Calendar. A pop-up displays basic information.
