Marking documents as expired or unexpired
In some databases, such as Mail, Discussion, Document Library, and TeamRoom databases, you can mark documents as expired on a specific date, and Notes will archive the documents the next time archiving occurs after that date. Tip To mark a mail draft expired, use the All Documents view.

In other databases such as Discussion databases, marked documents appear with the word "EXPIRED" before their titles.
