TCP/IP Port Setup dialog box
You can increase the number of seconds that Lotus Domino waits before terminating a connection attempt on this port. The default interval is 5 seconds.
To increase the interval, enter a number of seconds and click OK.
NETBIOS Port Setup dialog box
Note You see the NETBIOS Port Setup dialog box when you click the LANx Options button.
By setting a NetBIOS/LAN port to manual setup, you can change the NetBIOS Unit/LANA number for the port. It's unlikely that you will need to change this number from the default of 0, unless your network administrator asks you to do so. To change the NetBIOS Unit/LANA number
1. Click "Manual setup."
2. Enter a number, and click OK.
IPX/SPX Port Setup dialog box
Note You see the IPX/SPX Port Setup dialog box when you click either the SPX Options or IPX Options button.
Your Notes client software can use NetWare name-resolver services to find a Domino server on an IPX/SPX network. By default, this port is set up to select a NetWare service configuration automatically, but you can specify a service for better performance.

To specify an advanced configuration for NetWare services
1. Ask your network administrator what advanced service configuration you should use.
