Editing, deleting, and working with contacts
Actions in your Personal Address Book give you many ways to manage your contacts list.
To do thisDo this
Edit contact information such as name or address
  1. Open your address book and double-click a contact name.
  2. Make your changes and click "Save and Close."
Delete a contact
  1. Open your address book and select a contact name.
  2. From the menu, choose Edit - Delete. Notes marks the contact for deletion.
Delete a company name from the list of namesOpen every contact that uses the company name keyword, delete the name, and save. A database designer can also make this change.

Address a new message to one or more contacts
  1. Open your address book and select one or more contact names.
  2. Choose Actions - Write Memo. Notes adds the contact names to the "To" field of the new message.
Send or forward a contact's "business card" (all detailed information) to another userExport the contact as a vCard file you can attach and mail.

Note To send all the contacts in your address book as a single file, select "All Documents" when you select the vCard file type.

Schedule a meeting with one or more contacts
  1. Open your address book and select one or more contact names.
  2. Choose Actions - Schedule Meeting.

Visit a contact's Web page
  1. Open your address book and select a contact name.
  2. Choose Actions - Tools - Visit Web Page.
