MAIL AND ADDRESS BOOK
1. Open your mail database.
2. Make sure you want the current letterhead as part of the stationery you want to create, and if not, select a different letterhead.
4. (Optional) Enter any text you want to re-use in the rich-text area.
5. From the menu, choose Actions - Tools - Save as Stationery.
6. Type a name for the stationery and click OK. Notes saves the message in the Stationery view of your mail database.
Tip You can also create memo stationery in the Tools - Stationery view by choosing Actions - New - Memo - Using Stationery.

To create personal stationery including rich text or graphics
4. In the view, choose Actions - New - Stationery - Personal.
7. Between the last two brackets, insert any graphics or text you want to show at the end of the page.
To create a message using stationery
2. Choose Actions - Tools - New Memo - Using Stationery.
3. Select the stationery you want to use and click OK.
Note The date on the letterhead for the stationery may not appear correct before you send the message, but Notes corrects it during delivery.
To edit, delete, or rename stationery
You can edit, rename, or delete stationery that you've created.
1. In the navigation pane, click Tools, then Stationery to open the Stationery view.
2. Select the stationery you want to change.
