WORKING WITH DOCUMENTS

Previewing documents
You can preview documents using the preview pane, so you don't have to open and close each document. Previewing allows you to see part of a document's contents without having to open the actual document. The preview pane is a separate frame that opens in the view you are in, exposing a part of the document that is selected.

You can also set a database to automatically show the preview pane each time you open the database.
