WORKING WITH DOCUMENTS
Click any of these topics:
1. Open a document and put the document in Edit mode.
2. Place the cursor where you want to add the image.
3. Choose Create - Image Resource.
4. From the Database list, select the database that contains the image you want to insert.
5. Select the type of image -- gif, jpeg, or All Images -- from the "Image Type" list.
6. Select the name of the image file from the "Insert Image Resource" list.
7. Click OK to display the image in the document.

To insert an image resource from a file that you created
You can insert an image resource from a file that you created. This option is available only when Database is set to "- Current database -".
4. Click New.
5. Enter the entire path of the directory where the image is located in your directory, then click Open.
6. In the "Insert Image Resource" dialog box, click OK to display the image in the document.
To rename an image resource
2. Choose Create - Image Resource.
3. In the "Insert Image Resource" list, select the image resource that you want to rename.
4. Click Rename.
5. Enter a new image resource name in the Rename dialog box.
The new name appears in the image resource list.
To delete an image resource from the library
3. In the "Insert Image Resource" list, select the image resource that you want to delete.
4. Click Delete, and then click Yes to delete the image. The image resource is deleted from the image resource list and from the database.
