Using the medical supplemental dictionary when spell checking
You can use the medical supplemental dictionary, along with the default dictionary, when checking spelling in a document. Notes knows to look for words in both dictionaries when you choose the supplemental dictionary for your default.

1. Choose File - Preferences - User Preferences.
Macintosh OS X users: Notes - Preferences - User Preferences.

2. Click International - Spell Check.

3. Select the medical supplemental dictionary in the "Supplemental Dictionaries" list.

4. Click the "Set as Default" button and then click OK.
