Inserting and deleting page breaks
You can add page breaks between paragraphs in a document. You can indicate which paragraphs and objects need to stay together on one page. You can also delete existing page breaks.

To see where pages break, choose View - Show - Page Breaks. Notes displays a page break as a solid line across the screen.

To insert a page break

1. Put the document in Edit mode.

2. Click where you want to insert a page break. Notes inserts a page break above the current paragraph.

3. Choose Create - Page Break.

To keep text, hotspots, or objects on one page

1. Put the document in Edit mode.

2. Choose Text - Text Properties.
3. Click the Paragraph Margins tab.

4. In the Pagination section, select:

To delete existing page breaks

1. Put the document in Edit mode.

2. Focus your cursor at the beginning of the line immediately after the page break.

3. Press BACKSPACE (Macintosh users, DELETE).
