Displaying alarms using Notes Minder
You can use Notes Minder to check for and display Notes alarms when Notes is shut down.

To set up Notes Minder to display alarms, follow these steps:

1. To start Notes Minder, choose Start, open your Lotus® Applications folder, then choose Notes Minder.

2. Right-click the Notes Minder icon in the Windows task bar and select Properties.

3. Select "Show Missed Alarms."

4. Click OK.

When an alarm goes off, Notes Minder displays the alarm message on your screen.

Note Notes Minder must be running for this service to work.
