4. Select a printer if one is not selected.

To print full contact or group documents
You can print full contact or group documents including all information for each contact or group.
1. Do one of the following:
3. Select a printer if one is not selected.
4. Under "What to Print," select "Selected documents" if it's not already selected.

To print contact information as it appears in a view
If instead of a concise contact listing with single phone numbers, you want a three-column listing of contacts with all phone numbers and each business address, you can print contacts as a view.
Note When printing from the "Contacts by Category" view, keep in mind that category titles are not documents, only ways of grouping documents. Notes can show only the categories when you print the view; if you print documents, no categories will appear.
2. Choose File - Print.
3. Under "What to Print," select "Selected view."
4. (Optional) Click the "Page Setup" tab and specify additional page formatting.
5. Click OK.
