Searching for information in databases in your domain
A domain is a group of Domino servers. If your organizational mail address includes an @ symbol (for example, janeqpublic@acme), the text after the @ symbol is your domain name. Your organization may have one or more domains.

Domain Search is a powerful Notes tool that allows you to search your domain, or across several domains, as determined by the Domino administrator (or Domain Search database manager), who also specifies what documents, databases, and files are available for searching.

Note Even if your organization has not set up Domain Search, you can still use a database catalog to find databases in your domain whose titles contain specified text.
