Customizing display of contact information
For any contact, you can customize labels on the Business and Personal tabs, as well as the format that Notes uses to preview and print the contact's address. In addition, on the Advanced tab, you can specify whether the contact's last or first name is used to sort the view, and whether the contact's personal or business data appears in the preview pane.

For more information on the Advanced tab, see Specifying advanced options for a contact.
