To scan an open database for unread documents
1. In the open database, choose Edit - Unread Marks - Scan Unread. Notes opens the first unread document in the database.
2. Press TAB or F4 to open the next unread document. When there are no more unread documents, Notes displays the database view again.

Tip To show the unread documents in the current view only, choose View - Show - Unread Only. To return to the original view of all documents, choose View - Show - Unread Only again.
