NotesACL class
New properties:
AdministrationServer
is the administration (master lock) server for a database.
IsAdminNames
indicates whether the administration server for the database can modify all Names fields in a database.
IsAdminReaderAuthor
indicates whether the administration server for the database can modify Readers and Authors fields in a database. This method is preferred over the method with the same name in NotesACLEntry.
IsExtendedAccess
indicates whether extended access is enabled.
